The Montcalm Marble Arch

The Marble Arch by Montcalm is basically 2 Hotels for the price of one and both are suitable whether you’re a Business or Leisure guest. The main building holds all the facilities, bars, restaurants spa and gym with it’s smaller sibling across the road offering additional rooms complemented by convenient facilities. 

 

It’s hard to see how the location could be improved, just a 30-second walk from Marble Arch and the start of Oxford Street and all the shopping opportunites and communication links anyone could need.

The Montcalm Club Room was possibly a little small but enjoys a contemporary design; skirtingboard lighting, rain shower and opaque glass divider between the bedroom and bathroom (becomes clear a the flick of a swithch in the bathroom). There were some nice touches like a well stocked fruit bowl and an individual Wi Fi Router, but there was a lack of attention to detail such as net curtains which could do with a clean, a coffee cup which didn’t fit the saucer and a bedside lamp that wouldn’t switch off.

It’s not difficult to see why The Marble Arch was included in the 2020 Trip Advsior List of Top 25 Luxury London Hotels: location, facilities and quality are all boxes suitably ticked. It’s certainly a venue staffed by a friendly, courteous and knowledgable team who seem to relish in going the extra mile. In its price range it offers excellent quality and value for money which is hard to beat for business and family guests.
